Jeremiah Murphy has been writing all of his life, with short stories published in a dozen anthologies, including his favorite piece, “Issues,” in Covalent Bonds, edited by Trysh Thompson.

He has recently started writing novels, with his Urban Fantasy offerings under the name Jeremiah Murphy, and the more romantic, slice-of-life stuff under the name James Newcastle.

One of his hobbies is watercolor art, which he is marginally okay at.

He currently lives and works in Washington DC with his friend and roommate and the two cats which seem to belong to the both of them. One of these cats in particular is personally responsible for his output being slower than he’d like, but he’s so cute, he allows it.
